It might be interesting at the beginning but after thinking it twice, I think it brings more bad things than good ones. Caps titles won't make an ad better or worse, it all depends of the creativity of every marketer

You don't need to to do anything special atm, just press the caps lock button . Maybe they are reworking their system? Who knows. The reason this guy doesn't care about getting banned, is because these are throw away accounts.
