I think the imagination of surpassing yahoo's search traffic for bing is just amazing. That will be great.

@Needmoney -- the reason why Yahoo "sucks" is because they are using old-school bayesian methods for search which doesn't work on the long-tail -- Google and Microsoft use support vector machines that unitize maximum margin principles

and yes, it is sad that I actually know that.

I've been experimenting with adcenter for about a month now because it's less saturated with competition... the fact that bing is being pushed heavily has been a great added bonus

I’m not sure if its user curiosity, or this traffic spike will hold, but my adCenter campaign are rocking. I had my biggest day ever yesterday and 50% of the conversions came from Bing! I have never treated adCenter like the redheaded stepchild though. With their lower CPC my ROI is much stronger than on Google. But I haven’t been able to play the volume game too much with Google, because clicks are so expensive I loose money. Plus Bing is awesome for booking travel and local search.

I started noticing more and more traffic from bing.com than yahoo the last two weeks. If this keeps up, it will definetely deserve a closer view.
