i hope that you realize that your weight fluctuates up and down by more than a pound throughout the day. 
 
if you want to lose weight, it&#039;s pretty simple. burn more calories than you take in. 
 
20 minute runs aren&#039;t going to get you far... if 20 mins is as far as you can go without dying, run 20 minutes twice or even three times a day until you can get yourself up to 60 minutes without stopping 
 
cross training by doing weight lifting as well as running will help build lean muscle mass while attacking fat, as well </description>
