Weightloss Challenge Update #3

Today is Wednesday, which means that it was the day I work out with my good friend, Kanoa.

First of all, the weigh in. Because I weighed myself with shoes and clothes on the first time, I have made sure to wear the same exact outfit each time I weigh myself to make sure it’s accurate.

I am pleasantly surprised with the results!

So with a starting weight at 189, I am now down to 185.5! To me this was very encouraging! :) Things are not looking good for Tyler! ;)

I suppose it’s not as much my goal to lose weight than to just be healthy but shedding a few unneeded pounds always feels good.

To mix things up we try to work out in different ways and methods each time.

This week we decided to go on a long bike ride and then do a few ab exercises. We rode aprox. 5 miles and then did about 15 minutes of ab exercises!
