Weightloss Challenge Update
So we only have some 20-some odd days until the competition between Tyler Cruz and I is over. If you’re unfamiliar with the competition, basically Tyler and I set out to lose 10 lbs in 10 weeks. The loser, which is anyone who did not meet the goal has to pay $500 to bloggers who predicted that person would lose.
Weight Update

So sadly, this week I had a net loss of 0 pounds.
Last week I went from 186.5 to 184 which I was really happy about. But sadly, this week I hit a little bit of a stopping point.
Videos of Todays Workout
Today was a pretty intense work out day. First, we jumped rope for about a minute. After that we ran up and down the bleachers. Lastly, we ran a quarter mile.
We then did this 3 more times in a row. On the last lap around the track, we sprinted for a good majority of the track to change things up. I wanted to die. Hahaha.
So that being said, things are feeling good.
Friday Workouts
On Friday, Kanoa (my friend), and I are going to do a light work out to help me lose those extra lbs and get in shape for my wedding which is later on this year.
I’m hoping that I can get Friday’s into my schedules from now on so that I can work out more than just once per week.
