Tyler Cruz V. Jonathan Volk Weightloss Challenege Update #2
Sorry about the delay in posting this. I've been at Adtech during the week and then just overall very busy catching up from all the work I missed while at Adtech.
On to the weightloss challenge! If you don't know what I am talking about, you can read the original post and the first update. Make sure to follow the updates over at Tyler Cruz's as well!
If you've been following the competition, you'll know that I am working out hard on Wednesdays with my friend Kanoa and posting updates on those days.
This last Wednesday, I went in to weigh myself. I was pleasantly surprised with the results!!!

Last week, you can see that I started in at around 189 lbs. Not bad, but it puts my BMI at just around 25 for my height (5' 11"). My goals are to get under 25 BMI, lose at least 10 lbs, drink less soda, get a nicer stomach, and overall just become healthier.
After weighing myself on Wednesday morning, I was encouraged to continue working out more. I didn't have a lot of time due to meetings and having to prepare for the meetup202 that night but I still got a pretty good work out in.
Kanoa and I ran 1.54 miles, some on an incline. This equated to roughly 20 minutes of jogging with certain parts walking fast and then sprinting for the last minute or so.
After that, we did about 10 different ab exercises which is my favorite part.
This next Wednesday, I will be sure to do a video (since I'll have a bit more time) and not just of me running.
Overall, I'm on my way to a healthier life style... That is until I received a devious gift in the mail from my competition...
Smart... Now this means war.
I'm thinking of ways to get him back and while I have yet to come up with a good idea, I'm hoping it'll include my affiliate link in some way! Hahaha.
