This is the type of thing the FBI handles. Calling your local office and at least getting a report made about the incident, with as much information as you have, would help a great deal if this needs to go to court later. Best of luck. Like I said, LW is good, but if it happens again I can almost guarantee that Gigenet will protect against it better, sophisticated or not. And I've had over 20 servers with LW.
