Rules
Just comment and vote on a number that correlates to the blogger you think is the rookie of the year. (I’m Number 62) Only one vote per IP address, the winner will be verified. If you do not agree with these rules, you do not have to participate. The votes will be public and open for inspection. I will have an excel worksheet with 2 columns, the voter and the vote. Voting starts now and ends 12/31/07.
Qualifications
Your blog has to have start date in 2007 (checked through Alexa). If you started 2006, I apologize you are not eligible to win. The winners’ votes will be checked for authenticity and the public is free to check the winner’s votes as well. If there was a blog that was started prior to 2007 on the list I will kindly place you in the not eligible section and they will still get a free back link.
