Today was Friday... the 13th... Dun dun dun!
Because of the 90+ degree weather here in California, I decided to hang out with my girlfriend and go swimming for most of the day. The pool was amazingly refreshing.
In my attempts to show off to my girlfriend, I tried to do the best jump that I could off the diving board that she has. I jumped and SNAP...
I cracked the diving board right in two... Hahahaha.
Other than that, a great day.
How did your Friday the 13th go?
Stayed inside and worked my tail off – the previous week was 7 days worth of friday the 13ths (if I was superstitious) while on “vacation” so I figured maybe work was a better option
Oh man I had a pretty okay day other then some small misfortunes. Broke my pen and got on my shorts. Crushed my fingernail in a door. Sat in some sticky juice. Had to take an algebra 2 final. Other then that a normal day.
Ouch… sounds like you’re OK though.
I just learned how to skateboard this week and let’s just say that the cement won. LOL
Other than that, a fairly productive day.
I like to try and take every Friday off from work and play golf. However, it decided to rain yesterday (Yes I’m jealous of your weather Jonathan), so I spent a few hours working and spent some time with my family. Pretty good day overall
Haha, wow, I hope you’re doing okay! That must have been quite scary! To be honest, I totally forgot it was Friday the 13th yesterday. I think it was at night when I looked more closely at my calendar and realized that it was. However, we did have some funky weather yesterday where it rained like crazy and then it was sunny…then it rained…was sunny. It was quite strange!
Ouch…though wish i had a pool to go swimming in. Old New York City don’t have many private pools. Though it was a great day!
Breaking a diving board has to be worse than the 7 years you get for the mirror thing… “good luck to you”… 8 )
Wow, broke the diving board in half eh? That must’ve been hilarious for your girlfriend. Mine was okay, mainly just relaxing and attending graduations/graduation parties. I mentioned to you before that I too live in Northern California so I know how you feel about the heat! It’s pretty rough.
