How Do You Deal With Stress?

Saturday, Jun 12th, 2010 by Jonathan Volk

Stress is just one of those things that nobody really can avoid. If you never have a moment of stress, you’re probably Bob Ross.

Jokes aside, I have felt a bit of stress recently simply due to trying to juggle so many things at one time. It’s seasons like this that I keep pressing through until it becomes more manageable or I find a way to either outsource some of the tasks or drop something.

An example of outsourcing was when I decided to hire Jacob back in Feb 2009. Now Jacob is a huge asset to both the company and me. He allows me to work on more projects (such as FBAdsGuide.com and My Free Affiliate Marketing Guide.

An example of me dropping a project is my latest website for sale, JetPrize.com. This is a site I had taken on, invested into, and then just realized I didn’t have the time to work on it. I think it has huge potential, it’s just something I can’t invest time into right now.

I decided to ask some of my twitter and facebook friends how they deal with stress. Some pretty funny and interesting answers.

Lots of good input.
