Happy 3rd Birthday, JonathanVolk.com!

Wow! It’s actually been 3 whole years since I started this blog and made my first and second posts on April 13th, 2007.

First, I just want to say thank you for following this blog. I love what I do and love writing, but it only is fun to write when someone actually reads what you write… so thanks for reading! You’ve truly made my job a lot more fun!

I’d also like to thank all the sponsors who have supported this blog! Although I enjoy writing and what I do, getting paid to write about it what I love and do is even more enjoyable.

• Get an average of roughly 14.2 comments per post
• Get over 28,000 spam comments (thank God for Akismet)
• Get an average of roughly 43.3 SPAM comments per post (roughly 3x more than real people lol)
• Install 38 plugins
• Uninstall all but 16 of those 38
• Go through around 4 themes (they were pretty darn ugly… until UniqueBlogDesigns.com made this design)
• Get over 14,000 RSS subscribers / email subscribers.
• Get roughly 19,500 twitter followers
• Get roughly 2,200 facebook fans
• Write a KILLER guide on Affiliate marketing
• Have that guide featured on John Chow’s website, Azoogleads Newsletter, CX Digital’s homepage, Shoemoney’s email list, and many more.
• See about 1,003,983 more affiliate blogs start up. (kidding of course)
• See about 1,003,980 affiliate blogs stop blogging.
• Meet some of the most awesome people in this industry!
