January, 2008 was my best month ever clocking in at over $50,000. Wow!
As many of you have already seen, I updated my "Goal meter" to match this new record.
The most important thing about this $50,000 record is the profit! If it took me $50,000 to make $50,000 it would be an insignificant number. Thankfully, it cost me much, much less than $50,000.
Here is the breakdown (Approximations):
Total income: $50,000+
Total expenses (including new Macbook Pro): $28,000+
Total Profit: $22,000+
Easy Money Right?
Not really. Affiliate marketing does take actual work. I just enjoy doing it so much that I could not consider it work.

Good job on the income, but I should warn you that touting your gross income instead of net makes you look like a newbie. Gross income isn’t a measure of a super affiliate.

Do you factor taxes into your expenses? If not then profit would be more like what… $16,000? Still impressive, I’m just curious.
Congratulations on a record month. I just got started in marketing a couple weeks ago, but I am consistently having record days/weeks…although the numbers are much smaller..but it’s still a big rush for me.

Chad, actually that would be a 0% ROI. If he spent $50,000 and only made $50,000 that would put him at break even. If you look at his numbers he made a profit of $22k not 50.

when do you think unleashed will be available and what kind of tools will it include. Also, are you a PHP person or ASP? Do you leave the coding to someone else. I’m in the middle of my own asp tracking application I want to show you some day. I have built a keyword mash up tool as well that I will be making public for free soon as it has done me much good.

@Steave Prolly the rest of the money was spent on Advertising . I could be wrong but I don’t think he is marketing his blog, Just word of mouth
