Since my last post about Microsoft Adcenter, I've been asked quite a few times about some of the things I do to have success with Adcenter.

I think a couple of the things I think are key.

First thing, Use the demographic targeting. Although It's not going to be perfect, it helps increase conversions if you know to whom you're writing your ad!

Next thing, we all know MSN does not get near the volume as google or even yahoo. Thus, doing a huge long tail keyword campaign is not going to bring a great return for your time. What I meant from bringing over my campaigns is that I find the higher volume keywords and transfer them over to adcenter. Chances are, if it's a low volume on yahoo or google, you're going to get next to nothing on adcenter... Dont waste your time, at least I dont.

Next tip. Resubmit randomly turned off keywords. It's your job to bug them so do it. It is work but hey, a few calls can increase your income... I think that's a good return on time. Besides you can be working while you call them.

I hope those are some good tips to help you get started with your successful adcenter campaign.

Now go earn some extra money! :)
