I use clickdensity I’ve also heard of good things about clicktale (let’s you watch user actions)

You could try the alternative which is my service clicksmap.com. It is free and has been built to be more accurate hence it uses php script uploaded to server and not just .js code in the template. It also tracks ADs, this is unque since other services do not record clicks on .js codes for most browsers except IE due to security issues, clicksmap offers a workaround.
