“Invest Into People”

I was reading a book the other day called, “Integrity” by Dr. Henry Cloud and the author was talking about his conversation with his multi-millionaire friend.

He asked his friend, “Now that you’ve made it, where and what do you plan to invest in?” His friend replied, “I only really know one area really well so I choose not to invest into anything except for that.” Knowing that his friend had invested into a five or six companies, he asked him, “What about these companies? His friend replied, “I didn’t invest into those businesses, I invested into those people. I know their work ethic, their drive, their etc, etc, etc.”
