Check out the Jon Fisher Competition!

A great way to find great new affiliate offers is to ask your Affiliate Manager what is performing really well.

Most of the time, your affiliate manager can give you a list of the top X performing offers for the past X days. This can really be useful in essentially finding campaigns to reverse engineer. After all, if it's a top performer, it's making some people some cash... Why not you?!

So take a look at some of the offers and find one you think might be of interest to you. I generally like to pick certain niches that are more likely to convert (I explain what kind of niches these are in Affiliate Unleashed guides).

Now that you have your offer, try searching in the search engines what people are bidding on. Copy and paste the URLs from the sponsored ads and see what type of keywords people have on their page. I find looking at other landing pages can often spark ideas for keywords that may prove to be VERY profitable. :)

When starting a campaign like this, I like to try bidding on broad, phrase, and exact match keywords.

I hope this helps you get started on making some extra money. :)

Hi Jonathan,

I have the reverse question. How does a business owner/entrepreneur attract super-affiliates to promote his products. I have a recurring membership society that is doing really well in certain niche markets. I have 206 affiliates but none of them are sending much traffic. What can I do to give them everything they need to start sending traffic so we can all make lots more money?

Often your AM wont give this information out until you have proved your self as a earner. New people joining a network should not expect their AM to give them what campaigns to run. I have seen to many posts regarding this by people earning over 5-10k+ a month. it works for you because they know you can make money with the program. The rest of us they don’t trust yet.

My AM told me he wants to see more success and bigger numbers on the 2 offers I am running before he recommends anything more, and the 2 offers are ones I had to find my self. Once you prove your self then they will throw you a bone every once in awhile, until then keep at it and don’t expect anyone to just give you a easy way out.

@Beer - there is too much competition in this industry to hold back information. If a network doesn’t give me the numbers, I go somewhere else. Pick up the phone and call - this gets you what you need because it shows commitment and seriousness.
