Learn the techniques I used to make over $4,000,000 in affiliate commissions! Check out my Free Affiliate Marketing Guide and learn the "how to" for Facebook Ads, PPC Affiliate Marketing, PPV / CPV Affiliate Marketing, And Media Buying!

91619266The year 2009 has proven to be my best year as an internet marketer so far. In fact, I've broken more goals than I even thought I would have (although not the $20 million / year goal... next year maybe?).

Some of these goals are good. Revenue was up, profit was up, I purchased a home, got married, life is good.

Some of these "records" so to speak... not so good. In looking through finances this year I've realized this year I've lost more money to bad businesses than ever before. Over $22,000 in unpaid commissions. Ouch.

These are (mostly) from two companies which will remain nameless for the sake of not starting a riot. One company is now bankrupt and the other is still alive, and we've since worked it out.

In this business, not getting paid is part of the game. Sadly it happens at times because there are shady people working in this business. If you're legit, stay with the more legit networks - the established companies.

Don't go off and join any ol' network because the chances of you not getting paid are exponentially higher.

So here is my list of networks to join that have always paid me on time and can be trusted. Don't get scammed out of money like I did. Use the networks I recommend.

Thanks to those companies who have helped to make this year great!

I haven’t tried the other ones, but I can tell you that Neverblue Ads is really great with paying on time.

That’s a lot of losses, some people don’t even make that much a month. Now, I assume that those are losses in 1 month, right? Meaning that you probably stopped sending traffic to the offer once you opened you mailbox and didn’t see a check. Did the network tell you they were going out of business or were not going to pay? Did you have any slight idea about the network not doing well? What did you work out with another company? Did they pay you a fraction of the full amount? Sorry for too many questions, I hope you can write more details and maybe another post on how to avoid getting scammed by an affiliate network. :)

I see ECM in your ads. What about them ? C2M seems to have an issue with them now days.

Good point but he is running oio publisher so anyone can purchase ads on there. And unless he has a direct problem with them I wouldn’t see why he’d decline their advertisement.

  5. Ouch! You can’t imagine how upset I would be if that were to happen to me!

  6. Joshua says:

Lost 18,xxx to a bankrupt’d company as well this year. Over it now… not so much while dealing with it.

  7. browie says:

Good post. I always wondered about some of the guys making a lot of cash and how many networks they spread around.

My favorite new one is PeerFly.

  8. Groomez says:

A lot of people talk shit about PKM but working with Yousif has always been good. Always pays on time, like you said even for a $3 commission. Glad to see them listed here.

  9. Ryan Eagle says:

Thanks for the fond words bro! Let’s get that money for 2010!

  10. Thanks for showing us love Jonathan! :) 2010 will be HUGE for us and we’ll continue to pay weekly, offer better payouts, and make our affiliates rich.

22k in unpaid commission? That blows dude!

Nice list of networks, though. Eagle is a cool dude that totally stays on top of his game.

  13. Ron says:

What is your opinion of Pepperjam Network?

  14. Jones Berg says:

Out the network so People can avoid them.

You see the CPArev thread on Wickedfire because of that no more scam victims.

What do you think about clickbooth.com?

  25. That’s why I tell my students stick with the real-deal companies out there. ClickBank is one of the best, although it’s not in the CPA field.

  26. Thanks a lot for the networks which pay weekly, I’;ve been looking for a company that’s happy to send weekly payments!

  27. I noticed Commission junction is not on that list. What about Ads4dough? do you like them or have your tried them yet?

  28. Tattoo Kits says:

Great to know there are still some good guys out there!

  29. $22,000 is a sizeable amount of cash. I like the way you point out the best payers from your experience, any pointers as to who the bad payers were? Anyways, here’s to a better 2010 overall, for everybody!

  30. NeverBlue did it this year , I would definitely recommend them.

  31. bb100 says:
