Our business is just starting out and we only have a limited budget, so we are torn between Facebook Ads and Adwords. My question is, does Facebook Ads have a better conversion rate then Adwords? I also heard that Facebook Ads are cheaper then Adwords, is this true or just a rumor?

The downside, is of course, the ridiculously low click through rate. The upside is that you can target your audience in a way that no other advertising method can come close to.

This is a very informative article. I agree that it is important to choose a target audience. Smaller groups are easier to communicate with and especially in the initial stages of the product ad, the revenue analysis can be more easily studied.
