Great idea to create a separate facebook account for business. When you're busy doing work, you don't necessarily want to take the time to see your friends' most recent uploaded photos.

I don't think you are allowed to have several accounts and you risk having them all banned. I think better option is to have a Fan Page that is managed from your one account. People would follow you as a Fan instead of a Friend.
