Affiliate Fatblogging – My Weightloss Update
Back towards the start of the year I weighed myself and was sad to see that I was at 194 lbs. All my life I was skinny as a rail and after working at home for a few years I began to put on some weight.
It was when I saw I had hit an all time high of 194 lbs that I decided to start living a healthier lifestyle. I began to work out once a week and cut down on the things such as soda that were high in empty calories.
Its now been a few months of consistent working out and better diet and am happy with the results!
Just last week I decided to weight myself and I am now at 175 lbs! That was my goal weight! Now I don’t want to lose much more weight, just tone up as much as possible.
I’m really happy to have achieved my goal weight (and it only took Acai and… nah kidding).
Two weeks ago during my workout with my good friend, Kanoa, we ran 2 miles and then did ab exercises. Last week we jumped rope for 5 minutes, ran a mile, jumped rope more and then did more ab exercises.
When I first started, that sort of exercise would have killed me. But now, while I’m sweating a lot while doing the exercise, I don’t feel like my heart is going to explode. Overall, I just feel healthier and better.
That being said, I highly recommend you start trying to work out at least once a week if you work from home. It makes quality of life so much better!
