Don't waste your time. There is nothing there. The Coach is slow to respond, links to files in lessons are still missing. There's nothing there so far you can't learn from the FAQ at Aweber. It's a joke. I wonder if this guy even knows anything about emailing.

The only reason I am subscribed to the email-lists of people like Frank Kern is to study how they do their email marketing.

So I suggest you do the same and don't forget they use multiple lists (non-buyers, buyers for instance) with who receive different kinds of email.
