I would have to say that everything Jonathon does is some sort of way to make money online. I mean that is what his blog is about. If you look at the disclaimer post itself it has no ads or anything of the sort, yet i am sure that he can make money on this page.
That being said it would be nice to know which ones are paid and which ones are not.
