I often get told by my AMs that offer #X is a great offer, and I should be running it, but I will just say "Yeah I'll look at it", write it in my to-do list, and leave it at that. I think its all about Speed of Implementation, a core principle preached by Eben Pagan as well. The shorter the time between hearing something and doing something, the better the results often are. Yeah procrastination is a killer.
