Setting Goals And Rewards

If you've been reading this blog for any length of time, you'll probably know by now that I love goals. It's fun (when you hit them), It's exciting, It's motivating, and my favorite part... it can be rewarding.

For me, the most recent goal has been a long struggle to hit $400,000 in commissions in a single month. It's quite a difficult task for me because I'm having to change my mindset (view one of my favorite posts: the HOW mindset) and think of new and creative strategies for increasing my income.

Well this month, even though I probably won't be hitting the $400,000 mark, I still believe that I'm going to finally break past this $170,000 plateau that I've been stuck at for a few months now.

As my income continually increases, there is only so much I can spend on stuff. I like to continue living in a comfortable manner that is not in excess. What I do however is set a goal and when I reach that goal, I do something nice for myself or girlfriend or family.

So here is my goal list that I have been thinking about and I'd love to see what kind of goals and rewards you guys have! This kind of stuff is neat to me!

$250,000 / month - Lasik Eye Surgery... Because this month is going so well, I decided to schedule an appointment for next week. Let's hope I can stay on track!!! hahaha.
$300,000 / month - Buying a nice computer for a friend of mine... He deserves it.
$400,000 / month - Buying a Roland Drumset. I have been playing the drums since I was 13 and I have a electric set now but this one is my dream set.
$1,000,000 / month - Taking my entire family and girlfriend's family (hopefully wife by then) to Cabo San Lucas or something similar for 7 days.
