I never had much luck trying to find what my competition are doing. Whenever I check I always get the big companies, say match.com if i was looking for dating.

I am still surprised that a lot of people who do online marketing don't spend time to see what their main competition is doing.... if they are successful, then some things that they are doing could help you along as well!

Hi Jonathan,

A campaign probably has many ad groups, and each ad group probably has at least 2 ads. And what if you have so many campaigns running? Then the task of manually checking your ads at the PPC engines (to see if they're being copied) becomes extremely tedious and may be close to impossible. Do you really do it manually with all your ads, or do you have some sort of automation? If yes, could you give us more details please?

Thanks!

I guess it's harder to check on others, or for others to check on you, when you are running only content network focused ads.

I'm experimenting with only content network now to see how I fare.
