Market Leverage – Last Update

Learn the techniques I used to make over $4,000,000 in affiliate commissions! Check out my Free Affiliate Marketing Guide and learn the "how to" for Facebook Ads, PPC Affiliate Marketing, PPV / CPV Affiliate Marketing, And Media Buying!

I felt like I should post this because I have only been posting "bad" about Market Leverage. In reality, I actually do think they're a fairly good company.

While I might be upset about the whole situation (view part 1 and part 2), Market Leverage really has tried everything they can to help me.

They had their execs call me, they asked for as much info as I could give them, they worked with both my friend and I on multiple occasions but yet they failed to actually help me by catching the hacker. Now, that aside, they do have to protect all their affiliates and treat them as equals which I understand.

I guess the reason I am posting this is to tell you guys while I may be ending my professional relationship with Market Leverage because of the incident, I still think they're a great bunch of people and I urge you to continue using them if you don't have any problems with them.

So while I may have posted updates here on the situation and seemed upset (because I was) I still can't seem to think that Market Leverage is a bad company as an affiliate marketing company.

If this had happened to other companies, I am unsure what would have happened.

So to sum it all up: I am upset at market leverage for not being able to help me (by having inadequate logs or whatever) but I do still respect them and think they are worth using especially if you are using them already.

Hope that clears it up.

I don’t understand how they can’t help you. You have the hackers affiliate link. That link has his affiliate ID. That ID is connected to his account.

Thanks for relaying the whole story … still sucks is wasn’t resolved. I’m just wondering if you weren’t such a big fish with a blog if they would have handled it differently.

At least there is no shortage of networks :)

  3. JustinM says:

    Post 1 cleared it up.

Jon, most people don’t understand how all this really works as evidenced by some of the comments.

If anyone is following the advice on your blog or in business (not just performance marketing), they’re going to run into a situation like this or worse (even if the $ figures are different).

So, what do we do when things go wrong? Tough call, but yours is a classy post given how peeved I’m sure you are & good example of how to solve differences – because
Guess this highlights posts made by Jon & other people blogging about this that a white-label is your goal. Heck, selling the product ourselves should be the goal since performance marketing provides all the background info to be profitable.

yeah… that last paragraph is missing words. Reads like something on engrish :)

  6. JackDD says:

You should probably take some business classes…soon. Did you even go to college?

  7. Hey JackDD.

I took 1 year of business classes and 2 years of Bible college.

For now, that’s good enough for me. :) Thanks.

You seem like a real phoney. You are ending your relationship with them, yet encouraging others to use them? Preferably through your affiliate link I’m sure. What happened to integrity in this industry?

  9. Hey B-Man.

Actually, show me where I say people should sign up for ML under my referrer? I don’t care about referrals because they make practically nothing.

The basis for this post was made simply because I was taking business advice from Neil Patel… maybe you’ve heard of him:

Hope that makes more sense now.

    Good game though. :)

You didn’t say to sign up under your affiliate link, but you do have a nice banner on your page for Market Leverage. If you don’t trust Market Leverage enough to use them yourself, you shouldn’t be recommending them to others. I’m not sure what they taught you at Bible College, but this seems dishonest & straight up sketchy to me.

  11. Hey B-Man, Actually… because this blog is not really for money (since it brings in less than 1% of my income) I don’t waste a lot of time on things like that. The ads are defaults which I have not had time to change because I’m busy actually making money on profitable campaigns. :)

Once I have a bit more time I will be taking them down.

    Thanks though,

    Have a nice day. :)

  12. Millionaire says:

Market Leverage is still new to the game… they have a lot of competition and I think that if they stay steady and keep doing what they are doing, they can be big!

  13. m.dinesh says:

Ya I think Market Leverage is a great network.
They are yet to grow and I think they will become the greatest affiliate network.
