Learn the techniques I used to make over $4,000,000 in affiliate commissions! Check out my Free Affiliate Marketing Guide and learn the "how to" for Facebook Ads, PPC Affiliate Marketing, PPV / CPV Affiliate Marketing, And Media Buying!

Yesterday was the fourth of July and in America, many people get this holiday off to celebrate and be with friends and family.

For me, I bought a beautiful brand new car (but I'll post more information on that later...) and then hung with family and friends. All in all, a very good day! :)

Now, I mention the above to remind you that during holidays, people are less likely (or sometimes more likely) to sign up for whatever you're promoting.

For example on holidays (and weekends) financial offers are generally significantly lower than weekdays in terms of conversions and traffic but Dating offers (AzoogleAds and CX Digital are the place to go for dating offers) the weekends and holidays seem to be do even better!

Basically what I am saying is that you really shouldn't base your decisions of whether to hold 'em or fold 'em on these days.

If you're having a poor conversion day on a holiday, pause the campaign and wait until it is over.

If your ad is suddenly having a 50% less CTR, remember it's a holiday and that people just don't want your product or service on that day...

My general rule of thumb is that I NEVER edit ads or edit landing pages on holidays (Go spend some time with family people!!!).

Another thing to remember is traffic varies greatly from day to day, especially weekends. Sometimes the difference between a profitable campaign and a non profitable campaign can come down to finding which days work and which days do not work.

You can use most of the common tracking programs to figure out which is working for you. :)

and you got a great tip for the holidays.

Want to hear more about the new car. But solid tips on not editing during the holidays. The worst kind of information is incorrect information (misleading).

  4. Congratulations on the new CRV

  5. I agree that traffic is varies especially when holiday. My campaign usually good in Tuesday but bad when weekend.
