Sweeeeeet! Contest time. The guys @ MarketLeverage have graciously sponsored a contest to run on this blog.
I'm sure by now you've all seen many other contests being run so take this as another chance to walk away with some pretty sweet schwag! 
FIRST, the most important part, the prizes!
In this contest there will be 3 winners.
- 1st Place - $200 Amex Gift Card AND Flip Video Camera!
- 2nd Place - Ipod Touch!
- 3rd Place - Market Leverage USB Flash Drive Pen
Now, how can you win? It's easy actually!
This contest is going to be a point based contest and many / most of the entries are easy. This point based contest is not the traditional most points wins type contest. This contest is the more points you have the more entries you get into a drawing which I will do... maybe even on video. Hehehe.
Before I go onto methods of earning points, I want to point out that you are responsible for keeping track of your points. I will simply validate what you submit to me. Make sense?
Here are the ways to accumulate points. The points are loose. For example if you do one of the items on the list but do it exceptionally well, you might get an extra point or two. 
- Join MarketLeverage (New Users Only)
- 5 points - Subscribe to my blog via email or RSS Reader.
- 5 points. - Make a comment on NEW blog posts (Starting with THIS post).
- 1 point per day max (1 comment = 1 point). - Link to JonathanVolk.com and MarketLeverage.com from your Blogroll or on your homepage.
- 5 Points - Put JonathanVolk.com and MarketLeverage in your signature on a forum such as: forums.digitalpoint.com, sitepoint.com, webmasterworld, webhostingtalk, webmaster-talk, or other large web master related forum.
– 5 pts - * EARN EXTRA FOR EXCEPTIONAL POSTS * Make a guest post (on JonathanVolk.com) about affiliate marketing, market leverage reviews, or tips about campaigns. To make a guest post, (which 99% of all quality posts will be accepted), email me the post: jon (AT) thanvolk.com.
– 10 pts.
- Including Market leverage campaigns will earn another 5 points. - * EARN EXTRA FOR EXCEPTIONAL POSTS * Write a review about my site on your blog or forum and must include a link to market leverage as the sponsors of the contest. The review does NOT have to be about the contest but must make some sort of mention to it.
- 10 Points. - Make a video on youtube about affiliate marketing, ppc, (funny or informational) etc and post it on JonathanVolk.com. (Email me the video link and I will post it). Make some mention of MarketLeverage.com to get additional points. A good example was the PPC Rap which = the most amazing PPC Video ever.
15 - 20 Points depending on creativity / content.
The contest ends on the last day of June (Monday the 30th). After which you have a few days to submit the points to me so I can name some winners! Again submit the points via EMAIL to jon (AT) thanvolk.com. PLEASE NOTE: In the subject line put: "[JV-Contest]:your@email.com"
In the body, include a subtotal of all the points by itemizing them such as:

Guest post: 1 (LINK HERE)
Post about on blog: 1 (LINK HERE)
Link on blogroll: 1 (LINK HERE)
As shown above, for the guest posts, links, and posts on your blog, please make sure to link directly to those page so I can verify.
As a side note, I'd REALLY love for some guest posts and videos submitted before the 22nd because I'll be on vacation from the 22nd through the 26th. You're allowed to include a few links to your own page so consider it a great way to get some free traffic if nothing else.
