Well, I'm sad to say I still have not broken my daily sales record of $895. I mainly attribute this to the ringtone campaigns I have really taking a dive due to some recent changes in the industry. I'm not too upset over it though. I have slowly been integrating ways to keep visitors coming back to my sites rather than being one hit wonders. This should really increase my back end sales and allow my profit margin per customer to go up.
As it stands right now, I've been hitting pretty standard $750 days. To me that's great but I'd like to break that darn record!
What do I have in the works? Well I am about to release 2 pretty good campaigns which I hope to bring in another $200+/day with a goal of them bringing in $450 / day by the time I'm done tweaking everything. I also have another offer which has been growing every day (Thanks to my 5/5 Quality score / Great Quality score). This offer has grown to about $100/day in just a few weeks. My goal is to hit $200 / day with that campaign.
I also am officially hiring someone (they start for me tomorrow) to test some new methods of marketing that I just dont have time to work on. The methods of marketing are not really new... but they're methods I have not personally tried yet. One such method is BUM Marketing. Being able to hire someone to do this for me will (hopefully) allow me to grow my business exponentially.
What is BUM Marketing?
Essentially bum marketing is when you write an original article about a subject. That article is then submitted to sites such as ezinearticles and others. You do this in hopes of getting traffic from the "About the Author" box. If your article gets indexed in google, you can actually get quite a lot of traffic from it. 
It's a proven method of advertising but it takes a lot of effort / time.

This is perhaps the most impressive advertising campaigns I have seen in years. My Dad, an internet guru, is practically blind to ads. He never clicks them, never bothers to read them, ect. When an online advertisement catches his attention, you know you have a winner!
I present to you one of the most impressive internet marketing campaigns I think I have seen.
First the Ad displayed on a news site with a high demographic of conservative, upper-middle / upper class views.

August was a great month for me. I increased my sales about 45% from that last month which is a great increase.
Today after getting back from my 4 day mini retreat, I came home to find a check waiting for me! I knew it was good because I had switched everything to direct deposit except my biggest single sum.
This is the biggest single check I have ever received. My commissions are earned on 7 different networks - Some make only a few hundred, others thousands. This one is the network I promoted many of my offers through. Since then, I've moved to some private offers on networks that most people are not in. This enables me to have higher payouts and thus increase the amount I can pay for traffic... and thus... get more traffic. It's a great cycle 
The check was from Copeac, which I highly recommend for affiliate marketing.
It's a great accomplishment for me. I hope to see some even larger checks coming in very soon.
But for now, back to work. Four days off really makes me feel behind.

I thought I'd explain the process of the email capture and how it's beneficial.
Email capturing is when you get (generally) the name and email of a visitor. This is one of the most powerful internet marketing tools you can have. A great example is when I went to a conference in LA (With my Dad :)) for Internet marketing Center. They said that about 50% of their sales are generated through their email lists. I think they're pulling in somewhere around $25 million a year but I cant remember exactly since it's been over 2 years.
Some practical tips to a great email capture campaign:
- Build a relationship. It's important that you get your name (or business name) in front of the customer and get them to trust you. If I were to tell you guys to go get something without you knowing me... you may check it out... maybe not though. BUT if a good friend of yours told you to go check our this product, you're quite a bit more likely to go check it out.
- Offer them value. Who cares about your report on how to cook pancakes if your site is about internet marketing!? I was listening to a teleconference recently with Andy Jenkins and David DeAngelo over at Stompernet and David (who does over $20 million a year affiliate marketing) said that you should offer your BEST information in your email capture.
- Aweber! Now, this isn't a must but I have yet to find one very successful affiliate who has not used Aweber. It's basically one of the best systems to use for capturing emails and then sending your captured leads email on a systematic time line after they opt in. (I'll explain the power of this in a minute)
The best thing about aweber is that once your lead signs up, you can have the system send them an email say... once a month on a predetermined time frame.
Let's say you're selling a dating service and to capture emails you offer a free ebook. Now let's say that Joe Smith decided to opt in on September 8th, 2007. You can send him an email in say 7 days asking him "How did you like my ebook? {Offer some free dating profile later... or whatever}"
Make it personal like you're talking to... ya know... an actual person, not your $ maker.
Aweber is around $19 bucks a month so it's not bad... If you buy one year in advance you get $60 dollars off (Basically 3 free months).

After refining my landing page on one of my large offers ($500 / day or more from this one niche) I have found a way to increase my revenue a great amount by incorporating multiple ideas which I have been bouncing off a good friend of mine in my affiliate group.
My friend has actually seen a 50% increase in conversions from the same amount of traffic. Now that's what you call improvement!
Unfortunately for us, the niche does not seem to perform well at the start of the month due to ... well dont want to go into too much detail.
I will give you guys a few tips on increasing performance:
- Testing... Testing... Testing. I have tested so many elements on the landing page for my offers. I probably have made over 50 changes on it that I've tested to find which results in the best conversions. You'd be amazed how much changing a picture to another race or added a contact form or adding quotation marks or even adding / changing a headline can change your results.
- Email Capture. It's something I'm just starting to realize the power of. Every top affiliate marketer shouts it's success. Do it. It works.
- Feature / Benefits. Know the difference between features and benefits. People are generally not looking for features (except for some niches like webhosting) they're more looking for benefits. Many times, people are looking for both features and benefits. A great way to set this up is list a feature then a benefit of that feature. A great example is the automated link exchange program my dad and I created years ago. "Powerful Automated Link Exchange System Instantly Updates and Adds Links Daily." This is a feature. Next we list the benefit: "Increase Your Rankings and Still Have Time For Family and Friends." This is a VERY common mistake.
- Too large of a header. You need your attention getter to be above the fold. Too large of a header image can really hinder attention grabbing and result in a lost client.
- About us, Privacy policy, contact us. All Recommended.
- Pop-up windows. Dont take your visitors away from your pages, the use of popups for the "other" links can help keep your offer in front of them at all times.
So I bet you're asking, what are the new marketing ideas? These are not new!
